Abstract

В статье проанализированы существующие методики оценки воспроизводства человеческих ресурсов в современных рыночных условиях; определены показатели воспроизводства человеческих ресурсов региона и факторы, на них влияющие; усовершенствована методика оценки региональной активности формирования человеческих ресурсов. Проведена апробация методик на материалах Гомельской области. Разработанная методика с учетом экологического фактора в регионе является более точной. На основании проведенного сравнительного анализа методик можно сделать вывод, что гипотеза о влиянии экологического фактора на воспроизводство (в частности формирование) является подтвержденной. И данный фактор, и условия необходимо учитывать при разработке государственных механизмов управления воспроизводством человеческих ресурсов.
