Abstract

У статті досліджено діяльність наукових установ України; обґрунтовано систему бюджетного фінансування науково-технічних досліджень; показано значення державних цільових програм у ефективному використанні бюджетних коштів на наукові дослідження, здійснено аналіз видатків за бюджетними програмами на наукові дослідження.В статье исследована деятельность научных учреждений Украины; обоснована система бюджетного финансирования научно-технических исследований; показано значение государственных целевых программ в эффективном использовании бюджетных средств на научные исследования, осуществлен анализ расходов по бюджетным программам на научные исследования.
