Abstract

Проаналізовано гуманітарні та матеріальні чинники фінансового механізму самозахисту домогосподарств України, обґрунтовано необхідність реформування системи соціального захисту населення з метою посилення можливостей домогосподарств до самозахисту. Акцентовано на ролі та значенні освіти у самозахисті.Проанализированы гуманитарные и материальные факторы самозащиты домохозяйств Украины, обоснована необходимость реформирования системы социальной защиты населения с целью усиления возможностей самозащиты домохозяйств. Сделан акцент на роль и значение образования в самозащите.
