Методи Оптимізації Структури Капіталу Підприємств З Державною Часткою

Abstract

В статті розглянуто методи оптимізації структури капіталу підприємств з державною часткою. Запропоновано застосування єдиної теоретичної бази, що буде охоплювати увесь комплекс питань оптимізації структури капіталу підприємств з державною часткою (формулювання цілей і завдань ефективного управління оптимізацією структури підприємств, організаційного механізму її реалізації для формування зручної у користуванні інформаційної бази теоретичних аспектів структури капіталу).В статье рассмотрены методы оптимизации структуры капитала предприятий с государственной частью. Предложено применение единственной теоретической базы, которая будет охватывать весь комплекс вопросов оптимизации структуры капитала предприятий с государственной частью (формулировка целей и заданий эффективного управления оптимизацией структуры предприятий, организационного механизма её реализации, для формирования удобной в пользовании информационной базы теоретических аспектов структуры капитала).
