Abstract

У статті дослідженні соціально-економічні аспекти сучасної системи матеріального та нематеріального стимулювання працівників підприємств а також існуючі проблеми формування нової системи мотивації в умовах ринкових перетворень.В статье исследованы социально – экономические аспекты современной системы материального и нематериального стимулирования работников предприятий а также существующие проблемы формирования новой системы мотивации в условиях рыночных преобразований.
