Abstract

Однією з передумов капіталізації та ключовим індикатором розвитку компаній виступає людський капітал, що зумовлює потребу користувачів у інформації про нього. У статті проаналізовано можливості побудови та впровадження системи обліку людського капіталу, досліджено проблему включення людського капіталу до об'єктів бухгалтерського обліку на основі його вартісної оцінки.Одной из предпосылок капитализации и основным индикатором развития компаний выступает человеческий капитал, что обуславливает у пользователей потребность информации о нем. В статье проанализированы возможности построения и внедрения системы учета человеческого капитала в число объектов бухгалтерского учета на основании его стоимостной оценки.
