Abstract

Велика кількість машинобудівних підприємств, здійснюючи зовнішньоекономічну діяльність, потрапляють під вплив митних ризиків. Ймовірність виникнення зазначених ризиків зростає внаслідок відсутності конкретних заходів щодо їх мінімізації. Тому, в статті запропоновано і обґрунтовано перелік конкретних заходів уникнення або зменшення вірогідності реалізації митних ризиків і налагодити співпрацю суб’єктів господарювання з митними органами. Використовуючи методи публічного управління, було запропоновано і досліджено такі напрямки мінімізації митних ризиків, як нові технічні та інноваційні засоби моніторингу проходження митного кордону, налагодження інформаційної співпраці між органами митного контролю та з суб’єктами ЗЕД, розроблення стабільного, «прозорого» законодавства.
