Місце Довіри У Механізмі Мотивації Працівників Машинобудівних Підприємств

Abstract

У статті розглянуто місце довіри у системі мотивації працівників машинобудівного підприємства. Обґрунтовано, що довіра мусить бути присутньою у процесі комунікацій між керуючою і керованою системами підприємства, у корпоративній культурі, при побудові організаційної структури підприємства, а от при застосуванні контролю як функції менеджменту довіри немає.
