Abstract

Розглянуто теоретико-методичні проблеми, пов’язані з дослідженням мотиваційної складової внутрішнього економічного механізму підприємства. Досліджені підходи щодо класифікації видів преміювання на підприємствах промисловості. Визначено основні принципи організації преміювання працівників підприємства в сучасних умовах господарювання. Досліджені основні складові елементи преміальної системи підприємства.
