Концептуалізація Венчурного Фінансування

Abstract

У статті досліджено основні теоретичні підходи до розгляду сутності венчурного фінансування. Запропоновано визначення венчурного фінансування, яке сконцентровано на розширенні його потенційних можливостей. Систематизовано сутнісні риси поняття «венчурний капітал». Базуючись на функціях венчурного капіталу, розроблена система цілей та задач венчурного фінансування на макрота мікрорівнях.
