Розвиток Нерухомості Виробничого Призначення Як Об’Єкта Власності В Аграрному Секторі України

Abstract

В дослідженні представлено розвиток нерухомості в частині об’єктів виробничого призначення аграрного сектора України. Визначено належні до нерухомості аграрного сектора країни складові, до числа яких відносяться цілісні майнові комплекси аграрних підприємств, сільськогосподарські угіддя, багаторічні насадження, будівлі, споруди тощо. На основі проведеного аналізу пострадянського періоду встановлено, що управління нерухомістю з точки зору розвитку відносин власності відбиває два етапи. Виявлено, що скорочення нерухомості сільськогосподарського призначення корелює з періодом проведення радикальних трансформацій відносин власності.
