Abstract

В статті розглядається використання методу функціонально-вартісного аналізу (ФВА) в системі менеджменту якості (СМЯ) підприємства для виявлення резервів розвитку системи менеджменту якості. При дослідженні конкретних резервів використані різновиди моделі ФВА. А також виконання відповідних етапів в зв’язку з організацією функціонально-вартісного аналізу мережі процесів системи менеджменту якості.
