Abstract

З метою удосконалення забезпечення реалізації прав інвалідів досліджено відповідність вітчизняного законодавства міжнародним документам з даних питань та запропоновано інституціональний механізм, який включає оцінку впливу чинників на поширення інвалідності та зміни ставлення до осіб з обмеженими можливостями, нормативно-правову базу, інформаційний базис, соціальні стандарти та норми соціального залучення інвалідів, принципи, яких слід дотримуватись при реалізації соціальної та правозахисної моделей інвалідності.
