Глобальні Зміни В Структурі Зайнятості Як Чинник Трансформації Міжнародного Ринку Праці

Abstract

В статті привернуто увагу до необхідності врахування глобальних змін в структурі зайнятості при дослідженні трендів, причин та наслідків трансформації міжнародного ринку праці. Встановлено, що глобальні структурні зміни в структурі зайнятості значно випереджають темпи змін в структурі пропозиції робочої сили на міжнародному ринку праці. В якості одного з важливих інструментів приведення до відповідності структур попиту та пропозиції робочої сили на міжнародному ринку праці в статті пропонується прогнозування міжнародного ринку праці. Такий підхід забезпечить прогнозованість та впорядкованість процесів трансформації міжнародного ринку праці, створить передумови для вдосконалення міждержавного регулювання міжнародних міграційних потоків.
