Модель Обліку Людського Капіталу Як Основа Превентивного Антикризового Управління

Abstract

Стаття присвячена методологічним аспектам обліку витрат на персонал підприємства з урахуванням моделі корисності ресурсу та теорії альтернативних витрат. Проведена порівняльна характеристика моделей обліку витрат на персонал: модель активів («витратна», хронологічна модель витрат) та моделі корисності ресурсу. При цьому поглибленого теоретичного обґрунтування потребує залежність процесу проведення обліку персоналу в залежності від фази кар’єрного циклу, що дозволить дослідити особливості адаптації та розвитку персоналу як головних чинників кар’єрного зростання працівника.
