Contradictions of labour relations in the evaluation of intellectual capital on the labour market

Abstract

Evaluation of intellectual capital in the labour market is based on the level of professional qualifications and quality of work. This assessment is methodologically is justified in terms of economic theories of formation of human and intellectual capital. Reveals the formation of social contradictions in the labor market, which determines the required behavior of the intellectual capital’s carrier, depending on his capabilities and system of social relations.
