Формування Методу Планування Організаційних Змін В Системі Управління Підприємством

Abstract

В статті розглянуто способи планування та організації організаційних змін в системі управління підприємством. Проведено кластерний аналіз 40-ка машинобудівних підприємств України за 2012 та 2013 роки. Проаналізовано кластери, що утворились в результаті дослідження, фінансову спроможність та фінансову залежність підприємств кожного з отриманих кластерів. Досліджено можливості підприємств кожного з кластерів, щодо впровадження організаційних змін в систему управління підприємством.
