Інституціональний Підхід До Формування Механізму Досконалого Ринку В Системі Споживчої Кооперації

Abstract

У статті використаний інституціональний підхід до формування механізму створення середовища, що забезпечує фактично досконалий ринок щодо збуту продукції на основі застосування моделі голландського аукціону у Фонтен-ан-Солонь у системі споживчої кооперації. Виділені умови й переваги застосування голландського аукціону для підприємств споживчої кооперації як розширення доступу до ринків, наприклад, рітейлу.
