Вдосконалення Постмитного Контролю За Правильністю Визначення Митної Вартості

Abstract

У роботі проаналізована сучасна практика відбору суб’єктів зовнішньоекономічної діяльності для застосування спрощених процедур митного контролю та дана характеристика процесу впровадження інституту уповноважених економічних операторів в Україні. У статті визначена роль постмитного контролю в процесі спрощення митного оформлення товарів. За результатами дослідження сформований перелік критеріїв для відбору суб’єктів спрощеного контролю митної вартості.
