Abstract

Статья посвящена усовершенствованию методов мотивации на инновационном предприятие на основе механизма определения оценки компетентности. Проанализировано общие подходы к оценки специалистов на инновационном предприятии. Раскрыто необходимость разработки механизма оценки компетентности специалистов, которые занимаются инновационной деятельностью. Предложено механизм оценки компетентности на основе улучшенного экспертного метода, что дает возможность анализировать профессиональные качества специалистов.
