Abstract

Исследованы изменения внешней среды промышленного предприятия, вызванные развитием научно-технического прогресса. Определены приори-теты внедрения системы контроллинга в практическую деятельность предприятий. Дана характеристика ограничений использования распространенных методи-ческих инструментов контроллинга. Определены требования к реинжинирингу системы контроллинга предприятия и рассмотрены отдельные методические инструменты.
