Abstract

В статье рассматривается понятие кадровой безопасности, определяются составляющие, недостатки и средства улучшения благодаря опыту развитых стран. Сравнивается процесс набора и оценки персонала как элемента обеспечения кадровой безопасности предприятия Украины и Японии. На основе полученных результатов предложены направления по усилению кадровой безопасности.
