Институциональная Среда Корпоративных Взаимодействий В Отечественной Электроэнергетике

Abstract

В статье проанализированы особенности институциональной среды, в которой осуществляются корпоративные взаимодействия в отечественной электроэнергетической отрасли. Выявлены и систематизированы институциональные факторы, деструктивно влияющие на реализацию корпоративных прав (концентрация собственности у узкого круга лиц, создание институтов перераспределения финансовых потоков от государственного к частному сектору электроэнергетики). Определен механизм этого влияния. Оценено его последствия для развития государственных энергетических предприятий.
