Abstract

Статья посвящена контроллингу современной концепции управления деятельностью инновационно-активного предприятия, координирующей и интегрирующей процессы планирования, регулирования и контроля. Обоснована актуальность и необходимость внедрения контроллинга. В статье рассмотрены основные подходы к определению термина «контроллинг» украинскими и зарубежными учёными, основные концепции контролинга, а также определены основные принципы организации и внедрения системы контроллинга на предприятиях Украины. Рассмотрены, систематизированы и уточнены функции контроллинга в системе управления предприятием.
