Abstract

Данное исследование посвящено проблемам развития интеллектуального потенциала предприятия. В статье отражен анализ теоретических подходов данной проблемы. Обзор научной литературы доказал, что не смотря на большое количество научных трудов, эта проблема до сих пор остается открытой и актуальной. Использованы следующие методы: теоретического обобщения для определения элементов Интеллектуальной составляющей предприятия; общенаучные принципы, положения современной экономической теории, научные труды отечественных и зарубежных ученых; анализа и синтеза для обоснования факторов развития интеллектуального потенциала.
