Механизмы Реализации Регуляторной Политики В Системе Распределения Доходов Субъектов Общественно-Экономических Отношений

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены механизмы регуляторной политики в системе распределения доходов субъектов общественно-экономических отношений. Доказана определенная фрагментарность, недостаточная ком-плексность в исследовании изменений, произошедших в системе распределения доходов населения, отсутствие четкого представления о границах государственного вмешательства в сферу распределения и применения устаревших подходов к оценке эффективности реализа-ции государственных функций в данной области. Предлагаются пути решения этих проблем.
