Количественная Оценка Рисков При Выборе Туристического Путешествия

Abstract

Разработана и апробирована методика количественной оценки рисков при выборе туристических путешествий на основе формализованной модели характеристик услуг, платежной матрицы и матрицы рисков, позволяющая определить приоритетность предложенного туристического продукта. Предложенный подход позволяет не только избежать риск, но и предсказать его и принять наилучшее управленческое решение.
