Результативность Стратегического Целеполагания Энергогенерирующих Предприятий

Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросу стратегического плани-рования развития энергогенерирующих предприятий. Рассмотрены сущностные характеристики целепола-гания и требования к формированию целей. Обосно-ванные процессы развития предприятий в соответствии со стратегическими целями. Проанализированы миссия и цели энергогенерирующих предприятий Украины. Приведены результирующие критерии оценки целей в контексте реализации мер по их достижению Раз-работаны рекомендации по формированию системы результативных показателей в процессе стратегического планирования.
