Abstract

Статья посвящена разработке методических основ оценки эластичности мотивации работника современного предприятия. Разработан механизм расчета коэффициента эластичности мотивации работника на основе блочно-модульного подхода к выделению факторов мотивации.The article is devoted to the development of methodical bases of the elasticity of worker motivation of modern enterprise. The mechanism of calculation of coefficient of motivation elasticity which based on block and modular approach to allocation of motivation factors is developed.
