Вознаграждение За Труд Как Фактор Реализации Человеческого Капитала

Abstract

В статье проводится анализ вознаграждения за труд в Украине в аспекте реализации человеческого капитала. Вознаграждение рассматривается как один из факторов реализации сформированного человеческого капитала страны. Указывается на недостатки институциональных факторов регуляции мотивационного механизма в трудовой сфере, а также на связь макроэкономических показателей с вознаграждением за труд.
