Аналіз Споживчого Попиту Населення На Продовольчі Товари

Abstract

В статті проведено аналіз споживчого попиту населення України на продовольчі товари та досліджено процеси зміни індексів цін на споживчі товари і послуги населенню. Визначено купівельну спроможність середньодушових грошових доходів на продовольчі товари та узагальнено, що в якості нижньої межі харчування населення за кількісними та якісними параметрами розглядають вартість мінімального споживчого кошика, що представляє собою певний набір товарів і послуг та розраховується уповноваженими органами за статистикою, за науково обґрунтованими фізіологічними нормами споживання продуктів харчування.
