Abstract

У науковій статі проаналізовано специфіку і характер виникнення кризових явищ в галузі харчової промисловості вітчизняного АПВ. На підставі науково-методологічного каркасу сучасних концепцій антикризового менеджменту обґрунтовано, що механізм антикризового управління харчовою промисловістю має дворівневу структуру елементів, визначається конвергенційним характером їхньої взаємодії та двоцентричним напрямом функціонування. Сформульовані ключові принципи формування механізму антикризового захисту, які враховують сучасні реалії і загрозливі тенденції розвитку галузі.
