Abstract

Рассмотрен рынок услуг по внедрению системы менеджмента качества (СМК)и его реализации. Определены блоки системы менеджмента качества по функциональному назначению. Разработанный алгоритм маркетингового взаимодействия независимой фирмы и предприятия-заказчика СМК. Выделены особенности рынка услуг по внедрению СМК.
