Abstract

В статье рассмотрена сущность инновационного развития региона, исследована глобальная инновационная среда. Проведен анализ основных факторов развития, а также проблем, которые преграждают инновационный процесс. Вынесены предложения по совершенствованию факторов развития и определены принципы реализации инновационной стратегии.
