Abstract

Кризис 2008 года показал слабые места в регулировании банковской деятельности. После анализа причин кризиса регуляторами и извлечения уроков из него Базельским комитетом были введены новые стандарты регулирования банковской деятельности, получившие название Базель III. Тем не менее, новые стандарты в настоящее время подвергаются критике ввиду неоднозначности своего влияния на экономический рост, в частности в странах Европы. В статье изложены результаты исследования европейских стран на предмет эффективности мер государственного вмешательства и банковского регулирования в условиях кризиса.
