Abstract

Проведен сравнительные анализ динамики государственных и частных расходов на здравоохранение по данным Всемирной организации здравоохранения, Министерства здравоохранения, Министерства финансов РФ и Федеральной службы государственной статистики. Проанализированы основные макроэкономические показатели и выявлены тенденции финансового обеспечения российского здравоохранения. Продемонстрирована необходимость совершенствования учета расходов на здравоохранение.A comparative analysis of the dynamics of public and private expenditure on health was fulfilled according to data of the World Health Organization, the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Finance and the Federal State Statistics Service. Key macroeconomic indicators and tendencies of financial support Russian health care were analyzed. It demonstrated the need to improve accounting in health care costs.
