Abstract

В статье раскрывается сущность логистики в системе государственных закупок в России. Акцентируется внимание на ключевых бизнес-процессах в рамках контрактной системы и определяются показатели оценки эффективности функционирования логистической модели организации закупок для государственных нужд. Описана взаимосвязь эффективности системы государственных закупок и уровня, на котором находится логистика заказчика, исполнителя и уровня развитости инфраструктуры государственных и муниципальных закупок.The article reveals the essence of logistics in the public procurement system in Russia. The attention is focused on the key business processes within the framework of the contract system and identifies indicators for measuring the efficiency of the logistic model for the organization ofpublic procurement. Relationship causes the efficiency of the system ofpublic procurement and the level at which the logistics customer, artist and level of infrastructure development of state and municipal procurement.
