Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основы успешной организации рыночной деятельности и принятия управленческих решений. Для достижения этой цели предлагается использовать услуги консалтинговых организаций. Указывается на развитие консалтинговой деятельности в новых экономических условиях условиях информационной экономики. Рассматриваются определения консалтинговой деятельности, особенности консалтинговой деятельности, а также выявление дополнительных конкурентных преимуществ и увеличения потенциала консалтинговой деятельности.This article covers the basics of successful organization of market activity and managerial decision-making. To achieve this objective, it is suggested to use the services of consulting organizations. Indicates the development of consulting activity in the new economy an information economy. Discusses the definition of consulting activities, especially consulting activities, as well as the identification of competitive advantages and increase the potential consulting activities.
