Abstract

В статье рассмотрены принципы повышения качества деятельности научно-образовательных организаций на основе комплексной методики оценки качества деятельности организаций, построенной на базе совершенствования известных методик мониторинга и применения методов математической статистки. Обоснован выбор методов многомерного статистического анализа. Сформулированы рекомендации для проведения мониторинга результативности деятельности научных и образовательных организаций, которые могут быть использованы для формирования эффективной модели управления качеством.Principles for improvement of the operational quality of research-educational organizations are considered, based on complex technique for quality assessment of organization's activities, grounded on the development of well-known monitoring techniques and methods from mathematical statistics. Selection of methods from multivariate statistical analysis have been justifies. Recommendations on carrying out of monitoring of effectiveness of research and educational organizations' activities are formulated, which could be used in forming of effective quality management model.
