Abstract

Датой рождения нефтегазовой отрасли России считается 26 (14) декабря 1811 г. В дореволюционной России почти все внимание уделялось искусственному газу, который использовался в целях освещения, однако данный ресурс накануне Первой мировой войны был вытеснен электричеством. Важными этапами в развитии газовой отрасли России следует считать строительство газопровода Саратов Москва, а также введение в эксплуатацию газопровода Уренгой -Помары Ужгород). В начале 1990-х годов Единая система газоснабжения России приобрела современный облик. Современные условия формирования макрорегиональных энергетических рынков обуславливают необходимость новых подходов: сочетание долгосрочных и краткосрочных контрактов, развитие системы аукционов, моделирование рисков, более тесную связь с университетами, использование инжиниринговых компаний и т.п.
