Abstract

Статья содержит описание некоторых современных тенденций видоизменения дискурса массовой коммуникации. В тексте приведены результаты исследования диалогического дискурса социальных медиа, а также изложены механизмы речевого воздействия коммуникатора (банка либо страховой компании) на реципиента (адресата, принимающего сообщение) в рамках PR-текста.
