Abstract

Научная проблема, рассматриваемая в данной статье, заключается в исследовании этапов построения системы сбалансированных показателей и разработке мотивационной схемы оплаты труда на базе KPI. Актуальность темы продиктована современными условиями рынка, требующими от руководителей особого внимания к организации оплаты труда работников. В статье рассмотрены этапы построения сбалансированных показателей, порядок постановки целей, описаны принципы работы с ключевыми показателями, приведены примеры разработки данной системы. Для написания данной статьи, помимо базовой литературы, были использованы статьи и отзывы топ-менеджеров, применяющих данную систему на практике.
