Abstract

В рамках статьи отражены различные точки зрения на проблему нормативного регулирования достаточности капитала и ликвидности активов российских банков, сформулированные на основе исследования, проведенного Банком международных расчетов. В статье представлены ключевые выводы, а также отдельные замечания относительно российской нормативной практики регулирования достаточности капитала и ликвидности коммерческих банков.
