Abstract

Рассмотрен отечественный и зарубежный опыт реализации проектов государственно-частного партнерства с иностранным участием. Сделан вывод о том, что в ходе реализации проектов ГЧП с привлечением иностранных инвесторов возникает ряд противоречий, от успешного преодоления которых зависит общая эффективность реализации проектов. Произведена систематизация позитивных и негативных воздействий, которые возникают в ходе реализации проектов государственно-частного партнерства с зарубежными инвесторами. Выявлена важная функция проектов ГЧП с иностранным участием привлечение долгосрочных инвестиций, которые не могут быть быстро изъяты из проекта.
