Abstract

В статье поставлена задача разработать и обосновать перспективные пути развития фондов целевого капитала в современных условиях. Рассматривается два варианта государственной поддержки фондов целевого капитала. Первый заключается в государственном софинан-сировании пожертвований физических лиц. Второй способ подразумевает создание государственных фондов целевого капитала.
