Abstract

В статье рассмотрены отличительные черты информационных онтологий применительно к задачам моделирования сферы услуг. Сфера услуг рассматривается как междисциплинарная предметная область, находящаяся в стадии формирования своего концептуального аппарата. Проанализирован опыт применения унифицированного языка моделирования (unified modeling language) для создания концептуального аппарата сферы услуг. Показаны преимущества и ограничения практического применения онтологий для целей изучения и развития сферы услуг.
