Abstract

В статье рассмотрены возможности использования прорывных технологий в качестве платформы для реформирования системы подготовки кадров и менеджмента качества университетов. Показано, что экономический эффект возможен как за счет прямого использования технологий, так и за счет косвенного использования результатов конвергенции существующих и новых технологий. Представлен анализ проблем, присущих российской системе образования, в сравнении с зарубежными системами. Предложены пути решения выявленных проблем и рекомендации по развитию систем менеджмента качества университетов.
