Abstract

В статье представлена методика инструментальной поддержки принятия управленческих решений, которая позволяет структурировать процесс выбора направлений деятельности и показателей отчетности и приводит к достижению максимального экономического и социального эффекта при реализации программ социального инвестирования. Методика включает в себя характеристики семи этапов, на каждом из которых корпорация использует различные инструменты социального инвестирования, обеспечивающие объективность принятия управленческих решений по выбору направлений социального инвестирования.
