Abstract

Целью данной статьи является детализация механизмов банковского фондирования в сложившихся макроэкономических условиях, а также выявление особенностей и тенденций формирования ресурсной базы банковского сектора. Анализируется структура заимствований с международныхрынков капитала в пассивах банковской системы Российской Федерации, что особенно актуально в условиях закрытия международного рынка капитала. Выявляется зависимость устойчивого развития банковской системы от структуры ресурсов банковской системы. Особое место в статье отводится новому инструменту индивидуальным инвестиционным счетам.
