Особенности Проведения Процедуры Дью Дилидженс В России

Abstract

В условиях волатильности экономики РФ контрагенты хотят быть уверенными в надежности совершаемой сделки и зачастую заказывают процедуру комплексной проверки Дью Ди-лидженс. Данную экспертизу освоили не только зарубежные компании, но и консалтинговые фирмы России. Несмотря на общепринятые за рубежом принципы и методы проведения Дью Дилидженс, в нашей стране они не определены стандартами аудиторской и консалтинговой деятельности; процедура не имеет ни законодательной базы, ни четкой регламентированной методологии и стандартов. Для дальнейшего ее развития и выхода отечественных консалтинговых компаний на новый уровень Дью Дилидженс нуждается в упорядоченности своей методологии и большей формализации.
